Shipping policy

STANDARD: 7 -10 days processing, including 3-5 business days in transit

EXPEDITED: Same day (business day) processing plus 3 business days in transit

Orders received after 2 PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following business day.

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:

Ground: $9.99

Expedited: $19.99 (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.)

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will include a $10 surcharge on STANDARD shipping.

EXPEDITED Deliveries cannot be made to Alaska and Hawaii.

EXPEDITED deliveries to the continental U.S. includes a $19.99 shipping fee and will be added upon checkout.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:
If you refuse delivery of any package from ProVEDA® Corp, the carrier will return the package to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round-trip costs for shipping to your address and returning to the ProVEDA® Corp. office. If you paid for expedited shipping, your refund would not include this. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
