Return Policy

We are so confident that you’ll love the results of ProVEDA® that we are offering a full 30-day money back guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling.

To submit a return, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to obtain instructions on how to return the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling (if applicable).  Each RMA number is valid for 7 days and any returned merchandise must be received before it expires.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.  We recommend that you ship returns via a ground method that can be tracked (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail) using the original packaging.
  3. Returns must include the original packing list with the unexpired RMA number written on the both the packing list and the carton itself.

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item(s).  ProVEDA® will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.  A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling.

Members of ProVEDA®’s auto-delivery program can cancel future shipments, adjust their delivery frequency or change to a monthly payment plan at any time simply by contacting customer service.
