To submit a return, please follow the below instructions:
- Contact our Customer Care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to obtain instructions on how to return the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling (if applicable). Each RMA number is valid for 7 days and any returned merchandise must be received before it expires. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend that you ship returns via a ground method that can be tracked (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail) using the original packaging.
- Returns must include the original packing list with the unexpired RMA number written on the both the packing list and the carton itself.
A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item(s). ProVEDA® will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling.
Members of ProVEDA®’s auto-delivery program can cancel future shipments, adjust their delivery frequency or change to a monthly payment plan at any time simply by contacting customer service.
